Takes place on the 29th of Lirar'a'mazi in the 372 year
It is too easy to forget how big the world is. I think that I need to be reminded that the world is not just a big game where I can predict and hopefully influence the movement of pieces. The world is full of real lives and people who live, love, feel pain and fear. The simple promise of Chal's salvation is comfort.
I walking towards a new puzzle and perhaps a new prophecy of the One Who Waits. Very little is known about about this passage and little was researched as it was deemed to have little relevance when compared to the greater prophecies. The little I know ties the One Who Waits to a race called the Fireeaters or Firebreathers. The One Who Waits is thought to be one of last servants or slaves of the Firebreathers.
Always waiting
almost there
an endless stream
too much to share
invisible rage
a focused stare
at fleshly cages
from hunger to dispair
If we have an expert in this time period it is Kitai. Chal forgive my uncharitableness, I am not fond of that man and I am perpetually suspicious of him. Since he was acting so strangely on the day he left I rather rudely scryed on him.
Apparently he is so interested in this prophecy that he has violated several of our orders rules and strictest taboos. Defacing books and keeping secrets are far worse crimes than leaving without permission. He knows that I have seen his actions and it seems that he wants me to know what he is doing. As far as I am able to determine Kitai intercepted a message meant only for Arakel Sominal (ArakelSominal?)(QuestForHeWhoWaitsNPCs). There was an image and a note asking us to look into a tomb that was recently opened. The (insert image) is a still a puzzle and could refer to many things.
As a result of these indiscretions I have been asked to investigate this tomb and determine what interest Kitai has in this.
