SUMMARY:

Afalar usually looks out for number one but can be loyal to others that he is sure won't stab him in the back.

Somewhat paranoid (but aware that he is), he constantly analyzes people's goals and motivations.

Afalar always seems at ease and is very friendly, hiding his true type-A personality.

BACKGROUND:

Coming from a well-to-do family of ShadowMages (sorcerers), he rejected and rebelled against his family traditions. Finally, they relented and funded his education in the mainstream (for the well-to-do class) rather than the specialized Shadow Mage training.

GOALS:

Even though he wouldn't be considered appropriate stock for the leader of an Alm, he secretly wishes to one day overthrow Sru'haro (leader of his home Alm) and rename it after himself.
