A Chronological History of the Pir'em Empire
Based on the Prophet's Calendar (PiremCalendar)
The first year is the date when the Prophet recieves enlightment from Chal the Creator of All.
yp 1 I'lam Sil'aj, the prophet of Chal, brings the words and teaching of Chal to his tribe, the Arasali of the Mi'lar confederation. His family are the first converts, but members of the tribe soon follow.
yp 2-7 The other tribes of the Mi'lar confederation begin to flock to the leadership of I'lam Sil'aj as they see his success with the city state Ko'fira. His message and prophecies concerning Chal gains new converts.
yp 7-10 The Mi'lar confederation and Ko'fira are at war. The confederation lays siege to Ko'fira and wins. The prophet takes control of Ko'fira and gives sections of the city the 6 tribes the confederation. The victory ensures that all the tribes are now converts to Chal. At this time each tribe fights as a separate army, with its own troops and supplies. Therefore all booty and land is divided by tribes.
yp 10-13 I'lam Sil'aj consolidates his grip on the city and lands of the Mi'lar tribes. There are some battles with between the tribes as elements of the tribes do not convert. However, the prophet wins the tribes to his cause.
yp 14 The city state of Cathron attacks the Ko'fira, because it fears the growing power of the Mi'lar confederation. Initially, Cathron is successful, however, once the prophet returns to tribal tactics his forces are successful and repels the Cathron forces.
yp 17 The prophet leads the Mi'lar forces against Cathron and within six months Cathron surrenders.
yp 18-25 During this period the prophet looks inward to families and clans that are rebelling against his rule and systematically either destroys them or converts them. A number of strongholds and neighboring villages are brought into the Mi'lar confederation. During this time the prophet expands upon the words of Chal and collects all of his visions and prophecies and records them in the 4 books of Chal: the It'alor (the song of Chal) the Haj'il'om (the book of visions), the Cor'ijal (the book of the paths) and the E'lisham (the book of prayers)
• The remains of the powerful Empire of the Tiger see the growing power of the Mi'lar confederation encroaching on its former lands and as a result feels threatened. However, the Empire of the Tiger is unable to deal with upstarts in the West (a rebellion by the remains of the Betrayer tribes).
yp 26 Gur'than Ur, a General from the Empire of the Tiger flees the Empire as a criminal and seeks refuge with the prophet.
yp 27 A trading agreement and a non aggression pact with Empire of the Tiger is signed.
yp 28 The last of the priest of the Mi'lar tribes convert.
yp 30 - 32 1st Allencian War, initial inroads gained, a decisive Allencian counterattack brings the attack to a halt.

yp 34 - 37 2nd Allencian War, Gur'than is given the role of war leader and makes steady in roads and after three years of war the Allencian Kingdom is defeated.
yp 35 The prophet dies and his son, A'man'alaj, is named as the successor and Keeper of Visions.
yp 38 Pacification of the Allencian lands
yp 39 - 42 Some tribes dissatisfied with the sharing of the lands and the booty, blame A'man'alaj and begin to voice their complaints and opposition. As a results raids into the Myronist kingdoms begin.
yp 44 A'man'alaj dies in a raid into the Myronist kingdom of Hurkan. The elders of the 6 tribes vote Araj'alis to lead them spiritually and politically. Araj'alis is the brother of the prophet. He agrees as long as he is only considered to be a regent until his brother's heir Vamirasi is old enough to lead the tribes. Gur'than is removed as war leader of the tribes, however, he continues to lead the armies of the Arasali.
yp 46 The raids into the Hurkan are halted when the armies of the Empire of the Tiger start maneuvers near the borders of the Mi'lar confederation.
yp 47 - 49 There are initial raids and clashes between the Mi'lar and Tiger troops.
yp 49 - 51 The Tiger armies begin to war in earnest, defeating the Mi'lar border forces and make their way to city of Cathron. Gur'than is asked to resume command of the all the Mi'lar forces and pushes them back to the border. The Empire of the Tiger withdraws half of its armies and the fighting ceases.
yp 53 - 54 Hurkan forces take advantage of the weakened Mi'lar armies and conduct raids across the mountains.
yp 54 - 58 War of the Flowers, Gur'than's response to the Hurkan raids. The War of Flower's ends in the capitulation of Hurkan.
yp 59 - 62 The conversion policies of Araj'alis cause widespread rebellion and defiance in the former kingdom of Hurkan, pacification is difficult and many lives are lost.
yp 62 Vamirasi (son of Gur'than and prophet's granddaughter) is of the age to assume his mantle as the Ch'elm (keeper of the visions). This causes a rift between the tribes, as some continue to proclaim Araj'alis as Ch'elm. As a result there is an attempt on the life of Vamirasi. Civil war is avoided as the 18 Ch'mi'l (spiritual patriarchs - 3 from each tribe) convene hold the first Ch'e'lisar (council of choosing). Vamirasi is declared Ch'elm because the Ch'mi'l say that he possess the divine inspiration of Chal. Araj'alis is asked to remain as an adviser to the Ch'elm. However, there continues to exist a schism in the church of Chal. Eventually two orders are established, the Vamiri and the Araji.
yp 64 A new directive from the Ch'elm which allows the Myronists to maintain their beliefs paves the way for the assimilation of the Myronists into the burgeoning Pir'em Empire.
yp 65 The forces of the Kokorn, a kingdom to the south of the former Hurkan kingdom, annex parts of the lands captured by the Mi'lar.
yp 66 - 68 The Mi'lar respond by raiding into the Kokorn lands. However, they encounter the first organized battle mages. In response the Ch'elm gives the Mi'lar lands the name Pir'em and and so gives religious meaning to the fight against the mages of Kokorn. Some mages were convinced to fight for the Pir'em armies.
yp 68 - 76 The Black Wars - fought against the forces of the Kokorn. The use of mages makes the wars bloody and chaotic without much result.
yp 76 The Empire of the Tiger attacks the Pir'em empire hoping to catch the Pir'em forces while they are weak. Gur'than rides out of retirement to lead the forces against the Tiger forces. The much smaller Pir'em forces engage and hold the Tiger armies at bay for a year until a peace treaty could be reached with Kokorn and the rest of the Pir'em armies could relieve Gur'than's army.
