The older brother to TavalLazilar, Fapar is a gnarled, pale, short man. Jealous of his more successful younger brother, Fapar would stop at nothing to steal his brother's portion of the NozarSha dagger.

He lives in a huge estate, but it is devoid of life save for a sole butler, a few guards and a team of dogs. He lives in the holy city of Piri'lm (PiriLmMap) and appeared in the QuestForTheNozarShaDagger. He promised to pay the party a large sum for the Map (CaseOfTheMissingMap) or the parts of the NozarSha dagger.

This mysterious man seems comfortable only in the dark, and only in private. A white rat named Kimsha always rides on his shoulder. Who knows what evil lurks behind his sunken eyes...
