BrokenLands
The Broken Lands lie directly south of the PiremEmpire. Between the two is a steep vertical cliff known as TheBelt?. The Belt runs the entire width of the continent. The Belt is not a natural phenomenon. It is the product of an ancient war and even older sorceries.

The Broken Lands are a desolate collection of plateaus and gullies, cliffs and ravines, that snake through a heat as dry as the sun's backside. Water is scarce and hospitality even scarcer. The only human inhabitants of the Broken Lands are the Shawnal, called the Tribes of the Broken Lands by the Piremese.
