• VizilAziril? - The Mipal'am - The Alm's diplomat. Mipal'am Aziril is a tall regal looking man. He exudes confidence and authority. He is a shrewd diplomat and ambassador with enough initiative to accurately represent his Alm's interests. He is known for his sharp mind, flawless recall and ability to assess people and situations.

• AmiraLaamhal? - Chief of Security. Amira La'am'hal is a short wiry man. His hair and goatee is pepper gray and he is missing one eye. He has served the Sru'haro family for more than 25 years, it is rumored he lost his eye protecting the current Alm's father (MilaramiCicara? Sru'haro) from an assassination attempt. He is a quiet spoken man who is used to being obeyed. He is known to be a harsh disciplinarian. He is responsible fo rthe household security as a well as the personal security of the Mipal'am, the Alm and the various visitors to the Sru'haro city estate.

• Masam? - Mas'am is the Chamberlain of the estate. He is in charge of the whole estate and coordinates with the chief of security on all matters. He arranges the visits and correspondences with other Alms ect...

• JaelTirji? - Head of the Household. Ja'el is in charge of the cleaning staff and servants. Ja'el Tirji appears ... average. There is nothing unique about his appearance nor is there anything displeasing. His appearance matches his manner, even and tempered. People often forget that he is in the room or take his presence for granted when he is near. He makes himself indispensable to those he serves. He expects the same type of service from his staff. Ja'el reports to Mas'am.

• Falamar? - Head cook. Fal'amar is well over 6 feet tall and as thin as a reed. This makes him appear to be even taller than he is. He is an intimidating figure and an exacting man. His appearance has been likened to that of a vulture. He is a capable cook, who enjoys the cvhallenge of cooking for special reasons but is less interested in day to day cooking, which he leaves to his understudies. He is known to be fiercely protective of his favourite cooks and be harsh to those he does not like.

• Ltalus - a slave of the SruHaro family, L'talus is the wine specialist (sommelier) for the estate. L'talus is a balding, white-haired, portly man. He appears to be a gentle, kind man only interested in wine. The SruharoWineCollection? is quite large and L'talus is known for sending people out to obtain obscure bottles. He is known as a discriminating sommelier. His second occupatino involves intelligence. He is the secret eyes and ears fo the Sru'haro family in Lie'lm. He has a network of spies and contacts throughtout the city and the empire. On several occasions he has saved the family from harm, embarrassment and ruin. He is responsible fo rthe family's well-being. At times he can override the Amira La'am'hal.

• Rachi? - stable master. Rachi is a short stocky man, with kind eyes and a gentle hand with animals. He is a quiet man who rarely speaks unless it involves his horses. His three sons are the stable hands, and they are similar types of individuals to their father. The sons names are, Jelir, P'hra and Halam(deceased).

• Karan - Ka'ran is one of servants under Ja'el Tirji. He appears to be about 80 years old and is one of the men most trusted by L'talus.
