Silimiri - The Order of Vision

This order was established by Ch'elm Ciri'fir in the 114th year of the prophet in response to the martyrdom of Arm'aji. His death at the hand of mages demonstrated how unrealiable and dangerous mages could be. The Ch'elm decreed that magic was not a gift of Chal, rather the result of a bargain with Dark Praj or worse. The Order of Visions was kept a secret from the general public until its numbers and abilities could grow and develop. At the same time the Fist of Chal was created and was used extensively to hunt mages. Initially several early members of the Order of Visions were imbedded in The Fist of Chal (TheFist). The Silimiri were tasked with observing mages and the nature of magic. Furthermore the Silimiri were given the freedom to ask for Chal's holy guidance and assistance in developing and applying skills and Chal deemed fit for them to use. The research period was very productive, in time the Order of Visions standardized their methhods and their doctrine.

The Church of Chal waited for twenty-four years to unleash the Silimiri, the holy warriors of the Order of Visions. The Silimiri were very effective in finding and neutralizing mages and their magics. So effective that one group of mages turned to the Ji'al'ifar Halasari for assistance. A bargain was struck between the Emporer and the Sja'ji'am (ShadowMages) that would grant the Sja'ji'am protection from the Silimiri and give their full alligence to the Emporer. The Church intervened and demanded that the Order of Visions would be given the right to watch over the Sja'ji'am and ensure that the Mji'ramil (Assembly of Mages) fulfilled its obligations.

The Order of Visions has several tasks given to it by the Church of Chal.
